Register for classes and camps at, WWW.TRIKETHEATRE.ORG! All class/camp information including Trike Theatre policies will be sent via email the Friday before class/camp begins. Academy classes and camps are for the grade levels in which students are currently enrolled. If you do not see a class/camp offering for your child’s grade level, please contact the Academy Manager at, firstname.lastname@example.org
First Day Letters
The Academy Manager will e-mail registered parents/guardians with two attachments regarding the enrolled Academy program the Friday before the scheduled start date. The two attachments are a consent form and Trike Theatre Academy guidelines. Please have consent forms completed and turned in upon first day check-in.
Academy programs are designed for specific age groups. Should you want to discuss placement of your child in a different grade group, please contact Chris Tennison email@example.com
Check-In/Out & Absences
First Day check-in will open 15 minutes before the start of an Academy program. After the first day, check-in will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Students should be picked up no later than 10 minutes after the end of the program. A parent or guardian must be present at check-in/out. An administrator will be present to assist you.
Academy programs will begin promptly at the time scheduled. Please limit disruptions by checking your child in before the start time. Students entering late may be asked to observe until a new activity begins. There is a 10-minute check-out grace period after the conclusion of an Academy program. If there is an emergency, please contact Trike Theatre at 479.464.5084.
Part of Trike Theatre’s mission is providing a safe space. Contact the Academy manager regarding absences or extreme tardiness. If your child is absent without prior notification, a Trike staff member will contact you. Please note that absences, while sometimes unavoidable, can effect the creative process and final performing experience. Let us know ahead of time if you plan for your child to be absent or late.
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. Cancellation of registration two weeks before a class or camp begins will result in a full refund or credit of tuition. Cancellation less than two weeks before a registered class/camp begins will result in a 50% refund, however the tuition fee may be used as credit for another class/camp. Cancellation less than a week before a registered class/camp begins will result in no refund given. Trike Theatre reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient and tuition will be refunded or credited in full.
Clothing & Personal Items
Students should be dressed in casual clothes that are appropriate for movement and other theatre activities such as arts, crafts, and outdoor exploration. For safety, students must wear closed-toed shoes. We ask that you do not bring toys, costumes, dress-up accessories, or any other outside play items. These items distract from the creative team building experience. Cell phones may be brought, but they will be given to the administrative staff person at check-in and will be returned at check-out.
Snacks and Lunch
Trike Theatre is a NUT FREE ZONE. In addition, all snacks and lunches need to be non-perishable. Students will not have access to a refrigerator or a microwave. Bringing filled water bottles is highly recommended.
